Weatherization Services - Home Energy Solutions
The Connecticut Energy Efficiency Fund supports the Home Energy Solutions Program, a home weatherization/assessment program administered through vendors approved by Connecticut's electric and gas utilities. Use the following links to learn more about this program.

  • To enroll, download an application and fax or mail it to your utility or,
    just enroll on-line.
