Madison Foundation's Neighbor to Neighbor Fund Receives $17,450 Through Home Energy Solutions
On Tuesday, March 12, 2013 the Madison Foundation's Neighbor to Neighbor Fund was presented a check for $17,450 as a result of resident participation in the Home Energy Solutions (HES) program.
